Zero stars! Culver City Honda is the worst place to buy a car. They are unprofessional and treat customers bad. I bought a used car from them in April 2024, paid cash for the car. Two weeks after buying the car, Alex the finance manager called me to say I owe an additional $700 because apparently they didn’t charge me enough taxes. My husband and I went to Honda with the intention of financing our 2021 HR-V Honda since our lease was over. Marco was extremely patient and told us our options- and wow! I need to shout out to Travis for the service. I have had service here 2 or 3 times and had really bad experience as the advisors didn’t care about my problems and just wasted my time. However, there was finally a wonderful service experience with Travis. I can feel that he really care about my feeling and try to solve my problems instead of just left my car for hours and do nothing. My car is now well treated and has no issues (hopefully). Definitely recommend Travis for your service.
I love the Service from the Culver City Honda with the oil service package. However, I WISH I CAN HEAR/UNDERSTAND WHAT THE SERVICE PROFESSIONAL IS RECOMMENDING FROM THE VIDEO they provide. I CANNOT or EVER HEAR what they are saying. The person speaking has very low spoken voice away from the recording device and the service area, they are recording is very loud. I almost find it useless although the service professional carefully prepared it for my benefit as a courtesy.
Always at best hands with my Hondas in everything. The service is very efficient and faster that other dealers.

I should’ve read the recent reviews prior coming to this location. I reached out to them last week as they are advertising a 1,000 discount on new cars for president days. They ran my credit and I was approved for a black Honda civic 2024. We worked out the numbers through the phone and I was happy with the deal I was getting.

This was the easiest car buying/leasing experience I ever had. Ruben was amazing and made sure I walked out of there getting the deal I came in looking for. He was straight to the point! I brought my vehicle to have the oil change done and tire rotation. Tires were not rotated even though the paperwork clearly states that they were. I tried to contact the service department to explain but I was just kept on a long hold.

I've been servicing my car here for 13 years and they always matched other Honda Dealer prices. When I booked the appointment on the phone, I was assured again they would take other Honda coupons but after bringing in my car, they declined to accept the competitors coupons, citing the difference in price was too great.

They were quick and efficient! Best part, in my opinion, was that I received a text linking me to a video where they went through the inspection of my fluids, filters, brakes and tires with me so I could see for myself if/why any additional services were needed!. Very cool.
Attentive customer service, plenty of seat available in the waiting room, and satisfying snacks available. The best Honda dealership within 15 mile radius. The only reason I don’t give a 5 is because I was hoping to get a coupon applied or at least have one accessible, some repairs/jobs when added total pretty high. Overall satisfied with the job done to my vehicle and would highly recommend it to anybody I know.
